YOGA
Yoga is an achievement of the ancient Indians. It is a series of exercise that help us control our body and makes us fit and healthy. It improves our concentration and imaginary skills. It relaxes both our mind and the body. It also helps our agility to maintain our cool.

The yoga classes were held under the supervision of Mrs. Vanitha M.P. The students were taught several asanas – Sarvangarana, Halsana to name a few. They were also taught “Suryanamasker” a series of 12 poses in honour of the sun god – Surya. Meditation was also taught.
